It is a great pleasure to invite you to the 7th EFP-Congress in 2021. The topic is “Psychomotor Challenges, Resources and Solutions for a Moving Society”.

The European

Forum of Psychomotricity (EFP) was founded in 1996 in Marburg and its main goal is to support the discipline of Psychomotricity in Europe in educational, preventative, and therapeutic practice; in foundational and continuing education; in professionalisation of the working field and scientific research.

The congress is organised by the “German Society of Psychomotricity” (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Psychomotorik (DGfPM)) in cooperation with the Institute of Sport Science and Motologie of the Philipps-Universität Marburg. It will take place in Marburg, Germany, from 23 to 25 September 2021.

This special congress celebrates the 25th anniversary of the EFP. It will focus on societal changes and related challenges to bodily movement from the viewpoint of Psychomotricity. What can the discipline of psychomotricity offer to the theory and practice of movement oriented support?
